Position Summary: Responsible for managing and executing key HR processes, including recruitment, personnel administration, payroll, and labor relations, ensuring order and continuous improvement within the department. Handles recruitment, personnel administration, and payroll Responsible for managing and executing key Human Resources processes in a company with 40 employees, including recruitment and selection of operational (production and warehouse) and administrative staff, personnel administration, personnel file management, payroll calculation and administration, and labor relations, ensuring departmental order, proper functioning, and continuous improvement. * Recruitment and selection of operational (production and warehouse) and administrative staff * Preparation of employment contracts and personnel file compilation * Employee onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers * Payroll calculation and administration * Attendance incident tracking (absences, tardiness, leaves of absence, vacations) * Benefits administration and labor documentation control * Labor relations support (conflicts, administrative minutes, employee terminations) * Settlement and severance calculation * Processing of procedures with IMSS, INFONAVIT, and other government agencies * Disability leave tracking and follow-up * Attendance control * Onboarding of new employees * Coordination of uniforms and personnel files * Follow-up on staffing needs with department heads * Standardization of HR processes and formats * Support in implementing internal policies * Monitoring of KPIs (turnover, absenteeism, vacancy coverage, workplace climate, training) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 - $21,497.61 per month Work Location: On-site employment
