This role focuses on comprehensive payroll calculation, management of systems such as SUA, IDSE, and INFONAVIT, and reconciliation of information to ensure accurate disbursement and collection.

**Job Description**
Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Payroll Specialist managing headcount exceeding 200 employees.
Excellent personal presentation.

**JOB OBJECTIVE**
Perform accurate calculation of employee earnings and deductions via the payroll system, ensuring correct disbursement and collection.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**1. Payroll Calculation**
Perform comprehensive weekly, biweekly, or monthly payroll calculations.
Integrate earnings, deductions, variable components, overtime hours, bonuses, and commissions.
Validate income tax (ISR), IMSS contributions, INFONAVIT contributions, and other employer obligations.
Execute payroll receipt stamping (timbrado) and generate reports for management or audits.
**2. SUA System Management**
Register affiliation movements, salary adjustments, and contribution payments.
Validate salary bases, contribution amounts, and payment files.
Execute bimonthly updates or corrections arising from reviews.
**3. Payroll vs. SUA vs. IDSE Reconciliation**
Reconcile data across different systems and platforms.
Identify discrepancies and perform timely adjustments prior to monthly or bimonthly closings.
**4. IDSE Platform**
Submit affiliation movements: hires, terminations, and modifications.
Download acknowledgment receipts and maintain evidence of compliance.
**5. INFONAVIT Employer Portal**
Review and respond to notices regarding retention, modifications, and terminations.
Generate amortization reports and verify their correct application in payroll.
**6. IMSS Institutional Inbox**
Continuously monitor the institutional inbox.
Follow up on invitations, official communications, or requests issued by authorities.
**7. ISN Generation**
Calculate the Payroll Tax (Impuesto Sobre Nóminas) in accordance with state legislation.
Prepare monthly payments and retain supporting documentation and reports.
**8. Work Risk Premium Determination**
Analyze accident and disability data.
Calculate and submit the annual premium in accordance with IMSS procedures.
**9. Procedures before IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT**
Manage employer registrations, clarifications, and administrative actions.
Respond to inspections, audits, or documentary requests.
**10. Variable Earnings Calculation**
Determine variable components such as commissions, bonuses, incentives, or other variable concepts.
Prepare monthly integration reports submitted to IMSS.
**11. SISUB and ICSOE Informational Reports**
Prepare, validate, and submit monthly or bimonthly informational reports.
Maintain control and backup of acknowledgments, XML files, and submitted documents.

Salary: MXN 15,000–18,000 net per month, depending on experience
