**Role overview** We’re looking for a **Network Infrastructure Engineer** with strong hands\-on experience in configuring, installing and maintaining enterprise\-level networks. You’ll work on real infrastructure projects involving switches, servers, UPS, firewalls, wireless systems, racks, cable management, and network optimization for corporate environments. **Key Responsibilities** * Install, configure and maintain **enterprise LAN/WiFi networks**. * Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** on network infrastructure. * Configure and troubleshoot **switches, firewalls, routers, access points, servers, UPS and racks**. * Monitor network performance and escalate incidents when required. * Execute **on\-site technical assessments** and validate project requirements. * Document configurations, installations, diagrams and technical procedures. * Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to build tailored solutions. * Support the integration of **CCTV IP and access control** solutions (when required). * Stay up to date with new technologies and network trends. **Requirements** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics or similar. * **3\+ years of experience** in network infrastructure (installation \+ configuration \+ maintenance). * Strong hands\-on experience with: **Switches, Servers, UPS, Firewalls, Access Points, Racks and cable management** * Good understanding of VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP. * Experience in **structured cabling** and professional rack organization. * **Conversational English** (no language barriers with international teams). * Ability to create technical diagrams, documentation and installation reports. * Experience with monitoring or ticketing tools such as **Jira, PRTG, Zabbix**, etc. * CCNA or vendor\-equivalent knowledge (Aruba, Juniper, HPE, Mikrotik, Ubiquiti) is a plus. * Experience with CCTV IP or access control is a plus. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Work on projects with **local and multinational companies**. * Dynamic, modern and innovation\-driven culture. * Real opportunities for **professional growth** as we scale nationwide. * Exposure to diverse brands and technologies (not limited to Cisco). * A team where your ideas matter and your work has real impact.
