




General Purpose Comply with corporate policies and procedures of the HR department, in order to ensure the proper functioning of the department. Guarantee coverage for optimal operations. Ensure correct and timely payment of salaries and employee benefits. Manage personnel through the analysis of activities related to registration, calculation, and recording of employee incident reports. **Main Responsibilities** Post job openings, conduct interviews, hire employees, and prepare personnel files. Collect and update uniform sizes for new and active employees, send requisitions, and generate reservations in SAP. Coordinate with the Employer Obligations department to analyze requirements for IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT by obtaining clarifying documents, ensuring cancellations are processed correctly to avoid penalties or incorrect payments. Verify deductions and complementary payments with the Corporate Payroll department, following up on requests from agencies such as FONACOT and INFONAVIT to ensure they are processed promptly in the next available pay period. Advise supervisory staff on the application and compliance of the Internal Work Regulations through training, when requested by the Operations Manager, to promote better relationships between supervisors and employees. Maintain communication with Human Resources Management regarding instructions and goal achievement. Coordinate with Payroll Management on payments, deductions, payroll clarifications, and agency payments. Work with Operations to analyze incident data, data entry, distribution of payroll receipts, delivery of uniforms/PPE, and general personnel administration. Office Package: Intermediate.
