Ability to remain calm in emergency situations Job Description We are looking for a responsible and committed individual to join the night security team at Hotel Baruk Guadalajara. The selected candidate will be responsible for safeguarding the safety and well-being of guests, staff, and facilities during the night shift, ensuring a secure and peaceful environment. Main Responsibilities * Conduct periodic security patrols throughout hotel premises (entrances, hallways, parking lot, common areas, swimming pool, and gym). * Control entry and exit of people and vehicles during nighttime hours. * Monitor the closed-circuit television (CCTV) security system. * Promptly respond to and report any incidents or unusual situations. * Assist guests as needed during the early morning hours (e.g., directions, basic assistance). * Prepare daily shift incident reports. * Coordinate with front desk staff and other hotel personnel. Requirements * Availability to work the night shift (fixed schedule). * Minimum education level: Junior high school or high school (preferred but not mandatory). * Basic knowledge of surveillance systems and security cameras (preferred but not mandatory). * Valid official identification and RFC (Mexican tax ID). * Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and honesty. * Ability to remain calm in emergency situations.
