Over 20 years of experience and leadership support us. We have a presence in strategic locations across Mexico City, other regions of Mexico, and Colombia. We are currently looking for YOUR talent to join our team as: **Customer Service \- Receptionist** **Requirements:** * Education: High school diploma * Experience: 2 years of customer service experience in healthcare settings and clinic reception * Must reside near the work location (Residency in Zapopan is mandatory) **Knowledge:** * Customer service * CRM system operation * Basic administrative and billing functions **Responsibilities:** * Customer service and follow-up * Managing the branch schedule * Administrative tasks (CRM, Google Sheets file management, billing) * Sending scanned supporting documents to accounting staff. **Skills:** * Attention to detail * Manual dexterity and skill * Concentration * Self-motivation **We Offer:** * Biweekly salary paid fully through payroll * Statutory benefits (year-end bonus, vacation, vacation premium) * Savings fund * Food vouchers * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturdays, 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM Work location: Col.
