Opportunity for professional growth **Screen Printer** We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented screen printer with experience in textile production to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for executing printing processes while ensuring quality, precision, and on-time delivery. **Responsibilities** * Preparation of screens (coating, drying, and exposure) * Setup and registration of designs on the press * Printing on textiles (T-shirts, hoodies, etc.) * Handling of inks (plastisol, water-based, specialty inks) * Quality control during and after production * Cleaning and reclaiming of screens * Basic maintenance of printing equipment **Requirements** * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in screen printing * Knowledge of color registration * Experience handling plastisol and water-based inks * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Attention to detail * Teamwork skills **Desirable (not mandatory)** * Basic design knowledge (Illustrator / Photoshop) * Color separation * Experience operating manual or automatic screen printing presses **We Offer** * Competitive salary (based on experience): MXN 14,500.00 gross per month * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Positive work environment * Opportunity for growth Salary: $14,500.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Option for an indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
