**"TRAXION Company"** **OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR – 3PL Warehouse** **Position Objective:** Ensure the proper execution of daily 3PL warehouse operations, guaranteeing compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs), operational staff productivity, adherence to processes and standards, as well as safety, quality, and order in operations. **POSITION REQUIREMENTS:** **Education** * Completed high school diploma (technical training preferred) * Technical degree or incomplete/completed bachelor’s degree in logistics, engineering, or related field (preferred) **EXPERIENCE:** * **Minimum 1 year** as Operations Supervisor in **logistics 3PL warehouses\*** * Experience leading operational staff * Inventory management and warehouse process experience **Technical Knowledge** * Warehouse operations (receiving, picking, shipping) * Operational KPIs * Inventory control * WMS systems (preferred) * Basic industrial safety * Basic–intermediate Excel **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** **1\. Daily Operational Management** * Supervise activities related to **receiving, storage, picking, replenishment, shipping, and inventory**. * Ensure adherence to the daily operational plan (volumes, timelines, and priorities). * Resolve operational incidents in real time (shortages, delays, picking errors). * Coordinate shifts, roles, and workloads for operational staff. **2\. Inventory Control** * Supervise cycle counts and physical inventories. * Validate inventory discrepancies and support root-cause analysis. * Ensure correct handling of locations, batches, expiration dates, and FIFO/FEFO where applicable. **3\. Personnel Management** * Lead, supervise, and monitor the performance of the operational team. * Identify training needs and reinforce adherence to processes. * Apply disciplinary measures per internal guidelines. * Promote a safe, orderly, and productive work environment. **4\. KPIs and Reporting** * Monitor key operational KPIs: * Productivity * Service level (OTIF, fill rate, etc.) * Inventory accuracy * Operational errors * Prepare daily/weekly reports for immediate supervisor. * Propose improvement actions based on results. **5\.
