Prepare fillings and toppings, such as creams, mousses, ganaches, and syrups, to add flavor and texture to baked goods. Review production requisitions according to production needs. Prepare service lines. Follow sub-recipes according to recipe books for service. Produce desserts. Follow established dessert recipes. Check that fruits meet required quality standards.
