Main job responsibilities:** · Conduct activities related to the quality system under a compliance code. · Participate in deviations, perform and investigate quality alerts assigned to the area, as well as preventive and corrective actions (CAPAs), and follow up until closure. · Attend corporate audits and regulatory inspections. · Manage warehouse operations. · Supervise activities within the SAP and WM systems, ensuring their proper use. · Properly follow up on rejected and expired products until final disposal. · Supervise the daily monitoring of environmental conditions in the areas, validate the validity of critical instruments and equipment, and follow up on any detected deviations. Perform activities related to personnel training and integration. 2\. **Education level:** · Proof of completion of a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Commerce, Business, Industrial Engineering, or Chemical Engineering. 3\. **Experience:** · Supply chain process. · Inventory management. · Pharmaceutical or food industry and applicable regulations (NOM\-059, FSC22000, ISO9001, etc.). · Personnel management. 4\. **Knowledge:** · Report generation. · GMP, GDP, GLP. · ERP management (SAP, WM, MM, IM, Oracle). · Indicator reporting.
