End-to-end inventory management **Job Description** We are seeking a **Warehouse Manager** to strategically lead warehouse operations, ensuring **efficiency, safety, and inventory control**. This role will be critical in guaranteeing timely product delivery to operational areas and customers, optimizing logistics processes, and coordinating communication with other departments to ensure seamless operational flow. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise product receiving, storage, and dispatch * Ensure timely supply to operational areas and customers * Monitor inventory levels and update inventory control systems (Kardex / WMS) * Implement and maintain safety protocols and internal standards * Supervise warehouse cleanliness, organization, and quality * Optimize logistics processes by proposing improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs * Prepare performance, efficiency, and KPI compliance reports * Coordinate operations with procurement, sales, logistics, and customer service * Manage returns, traceability, and damaged or non-conforming goods * Supervise and train warehouse staff **Requirements** * Minimum 3–4 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management * Solid knowledge of inventory control, receiving policies, and storage practices * Experience with ABC, FIFO, and FEFO methodologies * Proficiency in inventory management systems and Kardex, WMS, or similar platforms * Experience conducting internal audits and managing expiration date controls * Ability to coordinate receiving, storage, and dispatch operations * Experience supervising personnel * Strong organizational skills, process orientation, and adherence to internal policies * Knowledge of safety, organization, and cleanliness standards **Key Skills** * Team leadership and coordination * Process organization and control * Resolution of operational issues * Effective cross-departmental communication * Analytical capability for inventory management and traceability **Additional Details** * Salary: $13,000 – $14,000 MXN net per month * Statutory benefits * Meals provided by the company * Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:30 pm * Saturday, 9:00 am to 1:30 pm * Employment type: On-site, full-time, 100% payroll Salary: $14,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
