We are currently seeking: ***"Store Assistant Manager"*** **Requirements:** · Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Marketing (completed and certified) · Age: Between 25 and 45 years old · Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same position (Manager or Assistant Manager), preferably in the commercial sector (Food, Seeds) · Payroll processing experience: minimum 6 months · Easy access to the Abastos Market · Availability to work weekends · Discreet personality due to the nature of sensitive information. **Knowledge:** · Sales techniques (retail and wholesale) · Inventory administration and control · Store image management · Handling of perishable goods · Consumer protection laws · Federal Labor Law · Customer service and support techniques · General accounting principles · Computer software packages (Office), Retail One, Cashier systems, SAP · Supervision of operational staff (minimum 50 people) · Computer equipment operation (Office suite) · Intermediate Excel proficiency · Electronic invoicing 4\.0 **General Functions and Responsibilities:** * Personnel management capable of supervising and delegating tasks * Support at cash registers, including cancellations, cash withdrawals, issuing change funds to customers, delivering partial cash register reports, performing cash register closings, and depositing cash into the safe * Customer service—assisting the Customer Service Supervisor with unresolved inquiries (e.g., pricing, product-related questions, etc.) * Quotations * Sales floor supervision—including cleanliness, checking container replenishment, ensuring products are not mixed up * Supporting the Purchasing Department with orders and stock fulfillment * Stock control and product restocking support * Identifying purchasing department needs * Liaising with the Warehouse Department to ensure appropriate in-store stock availability * Merchandise arrangement * Pricing—verifying correct pricing in the SAP system and on the sales floor * Supporting sales assistants (meal schedules, work shifts) * Shelf display arrangement * Adding new item codes into the system * Inspecting the Weighing Station * Supervising overall store cleanliness (aisles, containers, etc.) * Resolving conflicts with customers and staff arising during working hours * Preparing reports required by management * Invoicing **Skills:** **Leadership** * Communication * Personnel management * Conflict resolution * Working under pressure * Results-oriented mindset * Sense of urgency * Teamwork We Offer: · Monthly nominal salary of $32,000 MXN · Bi-weekly payments · Statutory benefits · 100% IMSS contributions · Work schedule: Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1\.30-hour lunch break), with midweek rest day · Fully on-site work at the Abastos Market location Interested candidates may apply through this platform or send their CV to 33 3156 8579, addressed to Lic.
