Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Architect to develop executive projects and architectural drawings, produce renderings, and supervise project implementation. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in architectural design software and time management We are **Duran Alonso Constructores**, a construction company. We are currently looking for a Project Architect to join our team. **JOB OBJECTIVE** To execute **Executive Projects** and architectural drawings for a HOSPITAL project with a duration of 1 year (employment contract will be for this period). **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** 1) Execute **Executive Projects** according to the terms of reference and under the guidance of your immediate supervisor. 2) Produce necessary renderings for each project. 3) Submit renderings to your immediate supervisor for final approval. 4) Maintain efficient internal communication to expedite project progress. 5) Monitor project schedule and pending tasks. 6) Conduct periodic site inspections (occasionally). 7) Generate drawings from 3D modeling, construction details, track changes, and adjust project specifications during construction. 8) Quotation and procurement of required construction materials (occasionally). 9) Quantification of materials and finishes (for site supervisors). 10) Interpretation of drawings and/or sketches. 11) Perform any other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor to achieve departmental objectives. **MANDATORY KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED FOR HIRING** 1) Architectural Knowledge: In-depth understanding of architectural design principles, materials, fabrication techniques, and related technologies. 2) Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members. 3) Problem Solving: Ability to identify challenges, devise creative solutions, and take initiative. 4) Time Management: Capacity to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously without compromising quality. 5) Technology and Software: Familiarity with architectural design software including Office Suite, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), SketchUp, and Autodesk Suite (AutoCAD, Revit Basic, point cloud processing in Recap [for reference]). **WORK HOURS** Monday to Friday: 8 AM to 5 PM; Saturdays: 9 AM to 1 PM **STATUTORY BENEFITS** * IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute) * Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo) * Profit-sharing * Vacation premium * FONACOT (National Fund for Workers' Consumption) Employment type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 – $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Option for indefinite-term contract Application question(s): * Have you participated in construction projects ranging from 5,000 to 20,000 m²?
