Together we can transform the future of health and leave a positive impact on the world! **Employee Type** Trust **Position Objective** * Ensure proper warehouse operations, guaranteeing compliance with processes for receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching goods, optimizing resources and ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in operations. * Coordinate and supervise finished product (PT) warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with established procedures for receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch, guaranteeing product integrity, traceability, and adherence to current sanitary and quality regulations. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Supervise activities related to receiving, storing, and shipping finished products. * Ensure compliance with **Good Storage Practices (GSP)** and COFEPRIS regulations. * Control inventory through WMS systems and perform periodic reconciliations. * Coordinate planning of loading and unloading operations to optimize time and resources. * Implement and monitor area performance indicators (KPIs). * Guarantee proper segregation and handling of batches, expiration dates, and returns. * Supervise compliance with safety and hygiene standards in the warehouse. * Lead and develop the operational team, promoting continuous improvement. * Maintain communication with Production, Quality, Logistics, and Transportation departments. Experience * **Minimum 2 to 5 years** in logistics operations and warehouse management. * Proven experience in: + **Operational team management** (supervision and personnel development). + **Inventory control** and WMS system handling. + **Planning and execution of receiving, storage, and dispatch processes**. + Implementation and monitoring of **performance indicators (KPIs)**. + Compliance with **warehouse safety and hygiene standards**. * Desired experience in: + **Logistics process optimization**. + Coordination with transportation, procurement, and production departments. + Handling **technological tools** (advanced Excel, ERP). Knowledge * **Warehouse management and integrated logistics**. * **Inventory control** and rotation methods (FIFO, LIFO). * **WMS and ERP system operation**. * **Operations planning** (receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch). * **Safety and hygiene standards** applicable to warehouses. * **Performance indicators (KPIs)** and productivity analysis. * **Intermediate/advanced Excel** (pivot tables, data analysis). * **Continuous improvement processes** (Lean, 5S, Kaizen desirable). * **Operational personnel management** and team leadership. * Basic knowledge of **transportation and distribution**.
