




POSITION PURPOSE Be responsible for organizing, coordinating, and supervising all daily operations, ensuring that services are delivered timely, professionally, and with quality. This position frees the General Manager from operational tasks, allowing them to focus on expansion, overall management, and company growth. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 1\. Service coordination Receive service orders and assign them to technicians based on priority, distance, and availability. Define routes and schedules for home service visits. Provide daily follow-up on each service until completion. 2\. Vehicle and key control Manage who operates each vehicle. Issue and collect keys with signed logs. Verify compliance with driving rules and accountability. Prohibit unauthorized delegations. 3\. Supervision of technical staff Review progress, timing, and work quality. Ensure each technician fulfills their specific role. Resolve operational questions without escalating everything to the Director. Apply rules and consequences when appropriate. 4\. Basic inventory control Check stock levels of recurring parts (LED kits, thermostats, fuses, quick replacements). Place preventive orders before items run out. Maintain a weekly record of inventory in and out. 5\. Customer service (operational level only) Confirm appointments, inform timelines, coordinate deliveries. Maintain clear and respectful communication with customers. Prevent minor calls from reaching the Director. 6\. Operational collections Review pending payments for services. Notify technician or schedule delivery only when payment is settled. Politely and professionally remind delinquent customers. 7\. Daily reports Send Sony a daily summary (one single message) including: Services completed Pending services Issues encountered Critical inventory Purchase needs Van movements Relevant information from the day 8\. Order and discipline Ensure Teletécnica's rules are followed. No favoritism, mismanaged friendships, or protocol deviations allowed. Foster a culture of true accountability.
