




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative and operational coordinator to ensure efficiency, sales control, inventory management, audits, and supplier relations in a clinic. Opportunity for professional development within the clinic We seek a candidate to coordinate and monitor the clinic’s administrative and operational activities, ensuring sales control, inventory management, internal audits, and supplier relations to guarantee operational order and efficiency. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in administrative fields. * Experience in clinics, medical offices, or service-oriented companies. * Inventory and warehouse management experience. * Experience in administrative reporting and internal audits. * ERP system proficiency (Odoo preferred). * Excellent organizational skills, presentation, and attention to detail. **Main Responsibilities:** * Daily review of sales and recording of purchases in the ERP system. * Preparation of monthly reports and follow-up on accounts receivable. * Control and auditing of supplies and warehouse inventory. * Supplier follow-up and incident reporting. * Support for internal events and front-desk coverage as needed. **We Offer:** * Salary of $14,000 to $16,000 MXN per month (based on experience). * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:30 pm, plus two Saturdays per month (half-day). * Opportunity for professional development within the clinic.
