Position Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on gym and swimming pool facilities and equipment, manage inventory, and report incidents. Job stability and corporate training **Maintenance Technician** **Location:** Urban Center, Av. Adolfo López Mateos Sur 7000, La Rioja, Los Gavilanes, 45645 Tlajomulco de Zúñiga, Jal., Mexico **Education:** Completed technical programs or completed engineering degrees in Electricity, Mechanics, Electromechanics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in gyms, sports clubs, hospitality, and restaurants **Responsibilities:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities, gym equipment, and swimming pools. Carry out maintenance activities according to the maintenance schedule and complete logbooks accurately for proper control. Procure spare parts, materials, and supplies, selecting the most cost\-effective options from current suppliers. Inspect and evaluate the condition of facilities, reporting repair or improvement needs and providing optimal solutions where applicable. Ensure and conduct measurements of established swimming pool parameters, guaranteeing compliance with safety and health regulations for aquatic facility maintenance. Manage inventory of maintenance tools and materials.
