MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT JOB DESCRIPTION Support general maintenance of the company’s restaurant facilities, furniture, and equipment. REQUIREMENTS: SKILLS: \-Expert handling of all types of tools for repairs and projects (drill, rotary hammer, screwdriver, heat fusion machine, circular saw, blowtorch, etc.). \-Expert knowledge of commercial electricity, plumbing, carpentry, metalwork, painting, drywall, etc. \-Proficiency in mathematics, dimensions, and measurements for material calculations, quotations, fabrication, and repairs. \-Must be able to drive both standard and automatic transmission vehicles, including cars and pickup trucks. EXPERIENCE: Prior work experience in maintenance roles, preferably within a company and/or the food industry. ACTIVITIES: \-Repair of electrical, sanitary, hydraulic, equipment, finishing, furniture, painting, etc. \-Immediate response to daily malfunctions that prevent business operations. \-Commercial space conditioning. \-Quotation and procurement of materials and spare parts. \-Cleaning, transportation of materials and equipment. \-Support in activities such as relocations, decorations, etc. \-Participation in new restaurant implementation projects.
