




We are looking for a **Kitchen Manager** with experience in operations and leadership, responsible for daily production, team supervision, and kitchen control. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and execute daily production according to recipes and quality standards, on time and as specified. * Supervise and lead the kitchen team. * Plan production based on sales forecasts and special orders. * Control **inventory, waste, and ingredient turnover**. * Process **purchase requisitions** and ensure timely supply. * Supervise cleanliness, organization, and food safety. * Coordinate communication and collaboration with the service counter and administration. * Recipe and product innovation. **Profile** * Previous experience as Kitchen Manager or Kitchen Supervisor. * Organizational skills, leadership ability, and attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. **We Offer** * A stable and collaborative work environment. * Opportunities for growth.
