A market-leading company in motorcycle and bicycle assembly is seeking: SPARE PARTS WAREHOUSE MANAGER * Higher education degree, completed or incomplete. MANDATORY * Prior experience in a motorcycle spare parts warehouse or similar environment will be valued. DESIRABLE * Familiarity with inventory management systems and procedures. * Knowledge of motorcycle parts and accessories, including various brands and models. DESIRABLE * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required. **Required Skills** * Minimum two years’ experience as a warehouse manager. MANDATORY * In-depth knowledge of vehicle (MOTORCYCLE) parts and accessories, including different brands, models, and compatibility. DESIRABLE * Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability to manage and maintain inventory accurately. * Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and serve customers professionally and courteously. * Intermediate computer skills, including experience with inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications. * Strong problem-solving ability, with skill in quickly identifying issues and providing solutions. * Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers, team members, and customers. **Responsibilities:** * Receive and inspect incoming vehicle parts and accessories to ensure quality and accuracy. * Organize and maintain inventory by properly storing parts, labeling shelves, and conducting routine stock checks. * Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring availability of parts and accessories. * Supervise staff responsible for picking and packing parts for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling to prevent damage. * Maintain accurate inventory, sales, and purchase records using computerized systems or manual logs. * Keep the store clean and organized—including shelves, displays, and work areas—to provide customers with an enjoyable shopping experience. * Comply with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment by following appropriate procedures for handling and storing hazardous materials.
