Training in food safety or operational management is desirable. **Position Objective:** Coordinate receiving, storage, distribution, and maintenance operations at Panakos Marine Plasma, ensuring traceability of raw materials and products, logistical efficiency, and optimal performance of equipment and facilities in accordance with food safety principles, good practices, and applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise the receipt, safekeeping, and control of raw materials, supplies, and finished products. * Coordinate shipments and transportation for national and international distribution. * Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery, equipment, and facilities. * Verify digital traceability of receipts, dispatches, and movements in Sofidya. * Document warehouse, logistics, and maintenance records per validated protocols. * Participate in internal and external audits related to warehouse, logistics, and maintenance. * Coordinate with production, quality, and procurement to ensure operational continuity. Specific Responsibilities: * Ensure that stored and transported products comply with the organization’s food safety requirements. * Validate storage conditions. * Supervise loading and unloading according to established procedures. * Coordinate maintenance of critical production and packaging equipment. * Report deviations, technical failures, and operational risks. * Maintain up-to-date physical and digital inventory records. * Conduct physical and digital inventory validations. * Deliver raw materials, products, and warehouse items to authorized requesters. * The Warehouse and Maintenance Manager holds operational and administrative authority over inventory management, warehousing, preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, facilities, and general services, ensuring compliance with quality, food safety, and industrial safety standards applicable to the food industry. * In exercising this role, the manager is authorized to: * **Plan, coordinate, and supervise** warehouse and maintenance personnel activities, assigning tasks and establishing work priorities. * **Authorize receipt, storage, control, and dispatch** of raw materials, packaging materials, finished products, and spare parts, in accordance with established procedures and food safety standards. * **Approve internal inventory movements** and requisitions of materials or spare parts required for equipment and facility maintenance. * **Schedule and authorize preventive and corrective maintenance activities**, ensuring they do not disrupt production or compromise food safety. * **Temporarily halt equipment or production lines** when they pose a risk to personnel safety or product safety. * **Supervise compliance** with Good Storage Practices (GSP), cleaning, and pest control standards in areas under their responsibility. * **Authorize access to restricted warehouse or maintenance areas** only for authorized or properly trained personnel. * **Request and manage human, material, and technical resources** necessary to fulfill departmental responsibilities. * **Issue technical and inventory control reports**, proposing preventive or corrective actions based on identified deviations. * **Participate in internal and external audits**, providing technical information and evidence demonstrating compliance with quality and food safety standards. * **Propose improvements** in warehouse layout, material preservation methods, and energy or maintenance efficiency.
