Support for internal audits and continuous improvement. **POSITION OBJECTIVE** Ensure proper inventory, procurement, and consumption control and recordkeeping in operations through physical inventory counts, variance analysis, and audit process support, contributing to accurate restaurant cost management. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Conduct physical inventory counts of food, beverages, supplies, and other inputs per established guidelines. * Perform blind counts and validate discrepancies against the system. * Analyze and determine inventory shortages, shrinkage, and variances. * Record and enter purchases into the system, ensuring accuracy of quantities, units, and amounts. * Verify that purchase orders match invoices or delivery notes. * Track incidents identified across procurement, warehouse, and operations. * Support internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives. * Verify proper inventory handling in warehouses and point-of-sale locations. * Generate basic inventory and discrepancy reports.
