Colli Urbano Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Job Description: We are looking for an Administrative Assistant with reception duties, responsible for serving customers and suppliers as well as supporting various administrative and operational activities of the company. Main Responsibilities: Access control and customer/supplier service Routing telephone calls Advanced Excel proficiency Preparation of forms, reports, and internal communications Recording inbound and outbound goods Filing and organizing documents Preparation of daily activity reports Hotel, flight, and restaurant reservations Tracking and reminders for service payments Reviewing account statements Support in procurement and supply management Requirements: Experience in administrative or reception roles Advanced Excel skills Organizational skills and attention to detail Professional appearance and courteous demeanor Strong verbal communication skills We Offer: Salary: $12,000 net Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,043\.62 \- $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Company phone Education: * Incomplete or ongoing higher technical education (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site employment
