A prominent company seeks a FIXER/PRODUCER: \* Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Audiovisual Production, Digital Media, Film, or related field. \* Courses/workshops in: \* Audiovisual production management \* Art direction / basic set design \* Project management (Scrum, PMP or similar, even abbreviated versions) Important: Practical field experience and problem-solving ability matter more than formal credentials. \* 3–5 years of audiovisual production experience (agencies, production houses, media outlets, freelance). \* Experience in: \* Location scouting (negotiation and permits). \* Staff and extra coordination during shoots. \* Project budget management (basic numerical control). \* Full logistics: transportation, catering, setup/teardown. \* Aesthetic supervision (props, art, staging support).
