We produce social media, podcast, and YouTube content with a creative, strategic, and results-driven approach. - Who Are We Looking For? We seek a **Video Editor / Producer**, aged **25–29**, who is passionate about audiovisual content, highly organized, creatively perceptive, and comfortable navigating video editing, production, and AI tools.-- Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Video Editing: - Edit vertical videos for social media (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and horizontal videos for podcasts - Produce rough cuts and final versions under creative direction - Create transitions, motion graphics, and subtitles - Design YouTube thumbnails using AI tools Production: - Operate Sony cameras and audio equipment for podcast recordings - Record client content sessions - Write and adapt scripts (with support from tools such as Claude and Gemini) Organization and Workflow: - Efficiently manage and organize files in Google Drive - Collaborate with the creative direction team --- Essential Requirements - Minimum **1 year of professional video editing experience** - Proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro** and **After Effects (intermediate level)** - Knowledge of AI tools applied to video (e.g., **Nano Banano** or others) - Experience editing content for social media and digital platforms - File organization and management in **Google Drive** - **Portfolio of previous work** ← **This is the most important requirement** --- Bonus Points If You Also... - Have worked at production companies or content agencies - Have experience recording podcasts or interviews - Are familiar with other AI tools for content creation - Possess basic copywriting or scriptwriting skills --- What We Offer - Salary of $10,500 MXN monthly | Bi-weekly payments - Formal employment contract - Statutory benefits (IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus) - Flexible working hours - Provided production equipment (Sony cameras, microphones, accessories) - A creative and continuously growing environment --- How to Apply Send your **portfolio + CV** to: hola@soyfomo.com Subject line: **"FOMO Editor – [Your Name]"** *Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.* Job Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $10,000.00 – $11,500.00 per month Benefits: * Free beverages * Employee discount * Company parking * Free parking * Flexible hours Workplace: On-site employment
