A company specialized in **technology solutions and telecommunications projects** is seeking a **Project Manager** to coordinate network infrastructure, fiber optic, and structured cabling projects. The position targets professionals with experience in **telecommunications project management, coordination of field technical teams, and direct customer interaction**, ensuring projects are executed correctly on time, within budget, and to quality standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and execute telecommunications projects from initiation through closure. * Define project scope, schedule, technical resources, and budget. * Coordinate field technical teams (installers, network technicians, and vendors). * Supervise installation and commissioning of network infrastructure, fiber optic, and structured cabling. * Track project progress using reports, KPIs, and milestone control. * Manage risks, incidents, and changes during project execution. * Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and facility access requirements. * Maintain constant communication with customers for project tracking, requirement gathering, and solution proposals. * Coordinate availability of materials, equipment, and technical personnel required for project execution. * Validate proper project documentation (reports, evidence, deliverables, and closure). * Ensure technical personnel have necessary fieldwork certifications (DC\-3, working at heights, platform use, industrial safety). * Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality. **Requirements** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Systems, Informatics, Information Technologies, Industrial Engineering, or related field. **Desired Certifications:** * PMP * Scrum Master * Agile methodologies **Technical Knowledge** * Project management * Telecommunications infrastructure * Fiber optic and structured cabling * LAN / WAN networks * Cisco solutions (desirable) * Field technical team management **Desired Experience** * Experience managing telecommunications or network infrastructure projects. * Coordination of technicians and installers. * Implementation of networks, fiber optic, or structured cabling. * Customer follow\-up and project deliverable tracking. **Other Requirements** * Flexible working hours * Willingness to travel * Leadership ability and capacity to organize technical teams **We Offer:** * Salary: **$18,000 to $23,000 monthly** * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers: **$1,200 monthly** * Working hours: **Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm** * Training and professional development * Excellent work environment Employment Type: Full\-time, Project\-based or Fixed\-term Salary: $18,000\.00 \- $23,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Application Questions: * What types of telecommunications projects have you coordinated? * Have you coordinated teams of installers or field technicians? * Do you have experience interacting directly with customers for project follow\-up? * What tools have you used for project tracking? * Briefly describe a telecommunications project you coordinated (project type, number of technicians involved, and your role).
