Identification of operational risks and response to accidents **SUPEMEX is seeking an Operational Assistant in Ciudad Granja \- Zapopan, Jalisco** ------------------------------------------------------------------------- A company in the supervision sector is seeking talent to join its team as a **Highway Operational Assistant**. ### **Position Objective** To supervise and verify the concessionaire’s compliance with contractual, technical, and operational obligations in highway operations, ensuring adherence to the Concession Title and applicable regulations. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct field supervision at toll plazas, highway segments, and control centers. * Verify operational indicators (traffic volume, lane availability, ITS, and incident response). * Record and collect objective evidence. * Prepare technical reports with analysis and conclusions. * Follow up on findings identified during previous audits. * Participate in audits (ISO 19011, where applicable). * Identify operational risks. * Respond to major accidents for documentation and operational verification. ### **Requirements** **Education:** * Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering (degree holder or intern). **Experience:** * Minimum 3 years of experience supervising highways or road segments. **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Regulatory framework for the highway sector. * Analysis of operational indicators. * Audit methodologies. * Road safety and accident statistics. * Desired: knowledge of ITS systems. **Other Requirements:** * Valid driver’s license. * Willingness to travel. * Technical writing and documentary analysis skills. ### **We Offer** * Monthly net base salary: $14,000\. * Full-time work schedule. * Statutory benefits from day one. * 12 vacation days. * 15-day bonus (aguinaldo). * 25% vacation premium. ### **Work Location** Zapopan, Jalisco, and the Guadalajara–Tepic highway segment. ### **Application** Send your updated CV or contact us via WhatsApp at \*.
