Requirements * Required education level: High school or vocational training * Experience: 6 months \- 1 year as Floor Associate (Night Shift) * Knowledge and tools: + Basic product knowledge: identify sections, categories, and merchandise characteristics (perishables, groceries, cleaning supplies, etc.) + Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards: apply cleaning and safety protocols on the sales floor + Knowledge of self-service processes: product rotation, understanding display dynamics, promotions, and labeling * Language(s): + None * Skills and competencies: + Physical stamina: ability to lift, move, and arrange merchandise + Teamwork: collaborate with supervisors, cashiers, and other associates + Organization and tidiness: ability to keep shelves and aisles clean and well-stocked + Commitment * Candidate availability: + No travel required Schedule Some days Full-time 22:00 \- 06:00 Schedule clarification: Shift two from 22:30 to 06:30, weekday rest.
