With over 78 years of global experience and 29 years in Mexico, we are leaders in specialized solutions for outsourcing human resources, operational, and administrative processes. kellyservices.com.mx **About the Position:** *Position Name*: **Automation and Control Engineer** **Location:** Behind Plaza Ciudadela, Zapopan, JAL ***Responsibilities:*** * Ladder logic, function block diagram, and structured text programming. * Interpretation of electrical schematics and DTIs. * Management of communication networks such as Ethernet, DeviceNet, ControlNet, and Modbus. * PLC programming (Allen Bradley, Siemens). * Technical troubleshooting. * Working under pressure and collaboratively in teams. * Installation, programming, and maintenance of Allen Bradley and Schneider solid-state motor starters and variable frequency drives. ***Requirements:*** * Degree in Automation Engineering or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in automation project development. * Intermediate knowledge of communication networks and servers. * Experience in CompactLogix Allen Bradley and Siemens PLC programming. * Experience with Allen Bradley RSLogix 5000 and RSLogix 500 software. * Experience in installation, programming, and maintenance of Allen Bradley, Danfoss, and SCHNEIDER variable frequency drives. * Experience in installation, programming, and maintenance of Allen Bradley and SCHNEIDER solid-state motor starters. * Experience in installation and maintenance of Fisher and Valtek control valves. * Basic knowledge of chilled water, air conditioning, steam, wastewater treatment, and compressed air processes. * Practical experience in industrial electricity and troubleshooting, including 480 V three-phase, 110 V AC, and 24 V DC systems. * Experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance of flow, pressure, temperature, pH, and conductivity transmitters from GEORGE FISHER and EMERSON. * Experience with PID control loops. * Experience with communication protocols including Ethernet, DeviceNet, ControlNet, Profibus, Modbus, and DH+. * English proficiency for reading schematics and instructions. ***We Offer:*** * Salary: $20,000 gross per month \- *negotiable based on experience.* * Weekly payment * Statutory benefits from day one * 100% enrollment in social security * 25% vacation bonus * 15 days of Christmas bonus * 12 vacation days * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM * Subsidized cafeteria * Life insurance * Transportation service **Ready to take the next step in your career?** Apply today and become part of a global company that values your talent.
