Together, we can transform the future of health and leave a positive impact on the world! **Employment Type** Trust-based **Position Objective** Identify opportunities for improvement across manufacturing process stages to enhance processes, optimize resource utilization in production areas, establish preventive measures against recurrence, and communicate lessons learned to team members involved in the process. **Responsibilities and Activities** * + Conduct quality system activities under a code of compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Conduct quality system activities under a code of compliance with GMP. * + Coordinate and execute production and conditioning processes to meet the production schedule while adhering to the quality system, procedures, and applicable regulations. * + Schedule weekly production plans and review requirements to fulfill them. * + Participate in risk analyses to identify potential issues or improvements in processes, equipment, or systems. * + Perform personnel management-related activities for staff under supervision. * + Develop and maintain up-to-date job descriptions and responsibilities, as well as job qualification matrices. + Coordinate the onboarding and initial qualification process for staff under supervision. Conduct staff selection and promotion processes. Experience * Production and/or quality processes in pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetic industry \- 2 years * Personnel management of at least 10 individuals \- 2 years. * Document control (master production records, SOPs, change controls). Knowledge * "Pharmaceutical Regulations (NOM\-012\-ZOO, NOM\-022\-ZOO, NOM\-059\-SSA1, GMP Guide for Veterinary Products)." * Continuous improvement tools (Lean Manufacturing, Flowcharts, among others). * Unit operations (mixing systems, drying, compression, filtration, among others). * Deviation investigations. Education Bachelor's Degree **Additional Profile Requirements** * Experience in personnel management. * Pharmaceutical industry. * Handling of controlled products. * Regulatory training follow-up. * Staff onboarding.
