Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Engineer to lead digital transformation and continuous improvement in manufacturing by implementing and configuring ERP systems such as Odoo. Key Highlights: 1. Leads operational transformation and continuous improvement in manufacturing. 2. Implementation of ERP (Odoo) and process standardization. 3. Supervisor development and operational improvement. Are you passionate about continuous improvement and digital transformation in manufacturing? **We are looking for a Process Engineer – ERP (Odoo) Implementation!** **Requirements:** * Industrial Engineering degree * 5–8 years of experience in processes, continuous improvement, or consulting * Experience in metal-mechanical manufacturing (mandatory) * ERP (Odoo or similar) implementation experience **Responsibilities:** * Process documentation and standardization * Definition of cycle times and multi-level BOMs * Odoo ERP implementation and configuration * Integration of production—both line-based and project-based * Supervisor development and operational improvement **We Offer:** * $40,000 monthly gross salary * Statutory benefits * Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Santa Cruz de las Flores, Tlajomulco Apply now and lead operational transformation!
