You will be part of a collaborative and inclusive team that values your ideas and contributions. **This position is responsible for optimizing and improving operational and manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure product quality and safety—ensuring stability and continuous improvement of medical device manufacturing processes while complying with international regulatory standards.** **Education:** B.S. in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Technology or related fields. **Knowledge:** * Manufacturing project management (preferred experience in electronics, automotive, healthcare, renewable energy, aerospace, etc.) * Process design and improvement: optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. * Design and implementation of flowcharts. * Language: Intermediate English (40–50%) * Medical validations **Skills:** * Effective communication * Analysis and problem-solving * Positive leadership * Collaboration and teamwork in multidisciplinary teams **4 years of experience performing the following activities:** * Reviewing engineering designs via engineering drawings prior to production launch to ensure manufacturability and compatibility with current manufacturing techniques. · Production monitoring: monitoring daily production activities for complex products, as well as identifying opportunities to reduce materials and/or labor to improve operational efficiency. · Support for complex equipment: providing technical support for a variety of complex equipment. * Mentoring and training staff on new processes, providing guidance and support to develop their skills and knowledge. * Developing and updating technical documentation, including flowcharts, standard operating procedures, and control plans. * Identifying and evaluating new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and productivity. · Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement. Leading and implementing continuous improvement projects using tools such as Kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigma. * **Work Location:** Circuito San Jorge 3538, Int.
