SMT line manufacturing and mechanical assembly experience. Personnel management experience is essential. Flexible working hours. **Knowledge:** Effective problem-solving skills, 5S methodology, Seven Statistical Tools, Line Balancing and Bottleneck Analysis, computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint), resource management, Quality Control, problem-solving tools. HMLV or HIVO methodologies. **Skills / Competencies:** Analytical and synthetic ability, teamwork, effective knowledge and instruction delivery, conflict management, negotiation skills, ability to work under pressure, structured reasoning, service-oriented attitude, personnel development, facilitator and leadership attitude, self-directed with initiative, punctuality, promoter of cultural change. **We Offer:** Competitive salary.
