Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll and Fixed Assets Assistant to develop within Finance, participating in payroll administration and accounting control. Key Highlights: 1. This opportunity may be for you! We are looking for a **Payroll and Fixed Assets Assistant** who wishes to grow within the **Finance** area and participate in the administration of key payroll processes and accounting control. What will you do in this role? * Support the **payroll process** (calculation, control, and accounting reconciliations). * Manage **weekly and bi-weekly payroll disbursement** for approximately **400 employees**. * Prepare **tax working papers** and ISN calculations. * Control **per diems, personnel expenses, and savings fund**. * Perform **bank and payroll-related account reconciliations**. * Support **monthly accounting closings and financial reporting**. * Administer **fixed assets control** (additions, labeling, and documentation). * Provide support to **Human Resources and internal audits**. Requirements * **Education:** Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. * **Minimum experience:** 6 months as an accounting assistant or HR assistant. * Proficiency in **Nomipaq, Contpaqi, or payroll systems**. * Basic knowledge of **payroll disbursement and reconciliations**. * **Students and recent graduates are welcome.** We Offer * **Salary:** $20,000 to $23,000 monthly gross (negotiable based on experience). * **Benefits exceeding legal requirements:** * 30 days’ bonus (aguinaldo) * $2,000 in food vouchers * Savings fund * 10% punctuality bonus * 10% attendance bonus * Life insurance Schedule * **Monday to Thursday:** 8:00 am to 6:00 pm * **Friday:** 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Location Los Periodistas neighborhood, Zapopan, Jalisco.
