




Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to support our Payroll Department, ensuring accurate recording and calculation of labor, tax, and social security information, as well as regulatory compliance. Opportunity to work in an analytical and detail-oriented role We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to provide support to the Payroll Department of our corporate office. Your primary mission will be to ensure the accurate recording and calculation of labor, tax, and social security information, consistently guaranteeing that the company strictly complies with current accounting and tax regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Employee registration and termination processing with IMSS, Infonavit, and the payroll system. * Pre-payroll processing. * Reconciliations. * Constant coordination and communication with the Human Resources Department. * Control and organization of information for audits. * Monthly and bimonthly closings. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (Intern or Graduate) * Minimum 2 years’ experience in RCV, IMSS, and Infonavit calculations. * Minimum 1 year’s experience in payroll management. * Knowledge / experience in * Proficiency in the following software is mandatory: * SUA * IDSE * CONTPAQ NOMINAS * INFONAVIT PORTAL * IMSS VIRTUAL DESKTOP PORTAL **Key Competencies** * Attention to detail * Integrity and ethics * Analytical thinking * Organization **We Offer** * Monthly net salary of $16,000. * Statutory benefits. * Life insurance. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
