We are seeking an Accounting Analyst with 1 to 2 years of experience. **Job Mission** Provide support in accounting activities, ensuring accurate recording and processing of financial information using specialized tools, thereby contributing to the accuracy and compliance with the company’s tax obligations. **Responsibilities** * Recording and entering accounting transactions in CONTPAQi. * Preparing financial reports and bank reconciliations. * Assisting in the determination and calculation of federal and state taxes. * Using Excel for databases, financial analysis, and report generation. * Managing SUA and payroll to ensure compliance with labor obligations. * Registering and deregistering employees with IMSS via IDSE and SUA. * Handling SIPARE payment reports. * Managing pre-payroll and payroll. * Archiving and controlling accounting documentation. * Assisting in invoice generation and tracking accounts receivable and payable. **Job Profile** * Academic level and specialization: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. * Professional experience (position, duration in position, and industry): At least 1 year of experience in a similar role. * Skills: Tax calculations, organization, and attention to detail. * Computer software (software and required proficiency level): Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; proficiency in CONTPAQi, SUA, IDSE, and SIPARE. **We Offer:** $4,000 per week Legal benefits.
