Dry warehouse. **Job Objective** Ensure compliance with the company’s storage standards and Good Storage Practices, guaranteeing efficient control over incoming and outgoing raw materials, finished products, spare parts, and packaging materials. Supervise operations, sanitation, safety, and performance within the warehouse area, ensuring timely supply and appropriate product rotation. * **Education:** Industrial Engineering degree, Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Administration or related field. * **Experience:** 4–5 years in a similar role leading teams and logistics operations. * **Results-driven leadership and ability to influence team members:** Experience supervising work teams (minimum 5 direct reports, 10 indirect reports). * **Time availability** and results orientation, with flexibility as required by operational needs. * **Personal vehicle required** to facilitate daily commuting to the workplace and **availability for occasional travel between plants.** **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise storage, control, and preservation of raw materials, finished products, spare parts, and packaging materials. * Ensure compliance with Good Storage Practices (GSP) and BPM (Good Manufacturing Practices). * Supervise and ensure efficient processes for loading, shipping, receiving, and distribution of raw materials and finished products (solids, liquids, and bulk). * Execute and validate maintenance programs for warehouse facilities and equipment. * Implement improvement projects related to layout optimization, time reduction, and cost savings. * Conduct daily physical inventories, manage returns, monitor environmental conditions in dispensing areas, and ensure traceability. * Train staff on regulations and procedures of the Quality Management System. * Supervise and validate departmental documentation. **Performance Metrics (KPIs)** * OTIF (% On-Time In-Full delivery) * Inventory accuracy * Backorder rate * % Warehouse occupancy and utilization * Cost per ton stored/distributed * Losses, rework, equipment availability * Inventory turnover and productivity per labor hour (H.H.) **Specific Knowledge Requirements** * Inventory management systems (FIFO, LIFO) * Warehouse management software and database tools (Intermediate–Advanced Excel) and Odoo system (preferred) * Continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, 5S, etc.) * Budget analysis and basic financial statements * Training and application of **HACCP** (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) * Hygiene, sanitation, industrial safety, and BPM standards * Knowledge of regulatory compliance: **STPS**, **SEMADET** **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * 6% savings fund contribution * Legally capped grocery vouchers * Subsidized cafeteria * Professional development within an established company Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $40,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Work location: On-site
