Position Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Specialist to manage and expand the package collection point network, strengthening local presence in the courier and logistics sector. Outgoing, proactive, and results-oriented individual We are looking for individuals passionate about growth and with experience in logistics and courier services to join as **SALES/Commercial Specialist with base salary + commissions**. The primary objective is to **manage and expand the package collection point network**, ensuring volume targets are met and local presence is strengthened. ### **Salary and Benefits:** * **Monthly gross base salary:** $18,000.00 to $20,000.00 * **Meal vouchers:** 10% monthly, capped at $2,000.00 * **Statutory benefits from day one** * Stability and professional development within an expanding international company * **Monthly KPI-based bonuses** * 100% IMSS registration ### **Working Hours:** * Contract covering **48 working hours per week**, with one weekly day off. * Standard schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. * Saturdays: 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. * Possible shift rotation based on operational needs ### **✅ Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Logistics, Business Administration or related field ### **Experience:** **Within the courier/logistics sector, especially in pickup processes.** * **Local knowledge:** Of areas with high customer concentration (shopping centers, residential zones, etc.). * Personal vehicle (mandatory) * Willingness to travel. * Passion for sales. * Field sales experience. * Direct negotiation with customers. * Customer portfolio development. * **Personal qualities:** Outgoing, proactive, results-oriented, with good stress tolerance. * **Preferred additional qualifications:** Residence within the work area and prior experience collaborating with collection points. * Age between 24 and 40 years. ### **OWN VEHICLE IS MANDATORY:****Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.** **We seek candidates aged 25 to 40 years.
