Promote and coordinate human development events * ***Frialsa*****, a leading company in frozen and refrigerated storage and logistics, invites you to join its outstanding team as: **TRAINING AND LABOR RELATIONS ASSISTANT** **Objective**: Maintain close communication with operational and administrative staff as well as supervisors to align employee needs with the company’s goals, procedures, and policies. **Responsibilities** CONTRIBUTE TO ACHIEVING PLANT GOALS, WITH SPECIAL EMPHASIS ON EMPLOYEE MOTIVATION AND WORKPLACE QUALITY OF LIFE TO MAINTAIN A HEALTHY WORK ENVIRONMENT. * ADVISE AND PARTICIPATE IN NEGOTIATION, MEDIATION, AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION PROCESSES AMONG OPERATIONAL STAFF, ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF, SUPERVISORS, AND MANAGEMENT. IDENTIFY OPERATIONAL STAFF NEEDS RELATED TO TREATMENT, SALARY AND BENEFITS, WORKPLACE CLIMATE, OVERTIME, SAFETY AND HYGIENE, TRAINING REQUIREMENTS, UNION INFILTRATION, ETC. * STRENGTHEN AND MONITOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF VALUES, REGULATIONS, AND POLICIES IN OPERATIONS. SUPERVISE THAT EMPLOYEES CARRY OUT THEIR DUTIES APPROPRIATELY. * CONDUCT DIAGNOSES OF ORGANIZATIONAL ISSUES AND SITUATIONS RELATED TO PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION AND LABOR RELATIONS, AND DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT SOLUTIONS OR IMPROVEMENTS. * PARTICIPATE IN PLANT CHANGE PROCESSES. * ENGAGE AND WORK WITH STAFF THROUGH RECREATIONAL, TRAINING, AND DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES. PROMOTE, COORDINATE, AND SUPERVISE EVENTS AND, IN GENERAL, HUMAN DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVES AT THE PLANT. * DEVELOP TECHNIQUES AND ACTIVITIES TO STRENGTHEN COMMUNICATION AND TRUST WITH STAFF TO IDENTIFY NEEDS AND ANOMALIES—BOTH FOR STAFF AND THE COMPANY. **WE OFFER:** Monthly salary: $15,300–$16,000 (before taxes; biweekly payment) Statutory benefits and above-statutory benefits * 26-day year-end bonus * $950 monthly food vouchers * 9% savings fund contribution * Savings box * Life insurance * Shift distribution * Transportation * Profit-sharing * Availability to rotate among morning shift (6:00–14:00 hrs), afternoon shift (14:00–21:30 hrs), and night shift (10:00–5:00 hrs) — rotation occurs once per month (lasting one week or fifteen days). * Working days: Monday through Saturday; occasional Sunday work Address: Av.
