SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Description

Provide floor-level operational support in store by executing operational processes related to sales, merchandise stocking, and customer service as established by AutoZone, collaborating effectively to meet the assigned store’s operational and commercial performance indicators. * Stock merchandise on the sales floor, in overstock areas, and in delivery trucks, following applicable stocking guidelines. * Execute correct planograms; * Scan merchandise to complete inventory counts; * Perform proper facing and labeling to categorize merchandise, and participate in opening and closing tasks, as well as cleaning activities on the sales floor, to ensure accurate merchandise placement and optimal store presentation. * Deliver customer service by addressing inquiries regarding product location, specific product type information, functionality, and pricing, thereby providing excellent service reflected in point-of-sale transaction closures; also handle customer phone calls to resolve questions about specific products or orders. * Accurately perform cash register transactions involving cash or credit/debit cards, and process returns in strict compliance with the cashier policy to ensure effective payment collection and sales transaction closure. * Completed high school education * Prior experience as a warehouse associate, cashier, or general assistant. * Prior customer service experience is desirable.
