Shift Roles: T1: 07:00 to 15:00 (Monday to Saturday) T2: 15:00 to 22:30 (Monday to Saturday) T3: 22:30 to 07:00 (Monday to Friday) Description At Betone, we are seeking a Process Analyst with expertise in manufacturing and production control. You will be responsible for monitoring critical machine parameters, controlling product variability, supervising stage changes, and ensuring operational consistency—working collaboratively with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams. Responsibilities Monitor and record hourly process parameters and material feeding. Perform product variability audits and controls, record weights, and report deviations. Supervise preventive cleaning and line conditions per standards. Coordinate stage changes and initial product validations. Maintain constant communication with supervision, quality, and maintenance teams. Support hands-on training for operational staff. Requirements Incomplete Industrial or Chemical Engineering degree, or technical degree in manufacturing or processes. 2–3 years of experience in consumer goods manufacturing. Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred), Microsoft Office suite, inventory management, blueprint interpretation, quality controls, CPK, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing.
