Job Description At Americargo Logistics, we are seeking a Pricing Coordinator with experience in freight forwarding and international logistics, focused on rate analysis, strategic negotiation, and operational leadership. The position will be responsible for coordinating the pricing department, ensuring competitive response times, and developing commercial strategies that contribute to the company's growth and profitability. Responsibilities * Coordinate and supervise national and international quotations. * Negotiate rates with shipping lines, airlines, trucking companies, and logistics providers. * Analyze costs and profitability of logistics operations. * Follow up on requests from the sales and operations departments. * Maintain updated rate databases and commercial agreements. * Monitor compliance with response time targets and departmental KPIs. * Coordinate the pricing team and ensure achievement of objectives. * Develop strategies to improve competitiveness and operating margin. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization projects. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in International Business, International Trade, Logistics, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of pricing experience within a freight forwarder or international logistics company. * Knowledge of maritime, air, and land import/export procedures. * Experience negotiating rates with logistics providers. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency. * Advanced English proficiency. * Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. * High sense of urgency and results orientation.
