Job Summary: Ensure customer satisfaction by preparing high-quality snacks, delivering agile and friendly service, maintaining store hygiene, and handling cash. Key Highlights: 1. Job Objective: Ensure complete customer satisfaction through preparation of high-quality snacks, agile and friendly service, impeccable store hygiene maintenance, accurate cash handling, and proper management of branch resources. Main Responsibilities: \*Pre-Preparation: Wash, disinfect, peel, grate or cut vegetables; coat apples with chamoy; and prepare complementary items at the start of shift according to demand, following franchise standards for cutting, sizing, assembly, and preparation. \*Snack Assembly: Prepare menu items strictly adhering to established recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistency in taste and presentation. \*Supply Management: Ensure correct product rotation (FIFO, First In, First Out) to prevent spoilage and guarantee freshness. \*Customer Service and Cash Register: Work Cycle: \-Greet customers upon entry \-Take orders promptly \-Offer recommendations or add-ons \-Deliver products with proper presentation \-Payment Processing: Operate point-of-sale system, process payments (cash/card), and issue purchase receipts \-Cash Handling: Responsible for accuracy of cash drawer balance during shift and at cash reconciliation \-Ongoing cleaning and maintenance Candidate Profile: \*Skills: Ability to work under pressure during peak hours, manual dexterity (kitchen-related), verbal fluency, and friendly demeanor \*Attitude: Proactivity (identify cleaning or prep tasks when no customers are present), honesty, and punctuality \*Physical Requirements: Ability to stand throughout shift and perform repetitive motions involving cutting, preparation, and cleaning Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $5,600\.00 \- $7,680\.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Discounts and preferential pricing * Flexible schedules Work Location: On-site employment
