Contribution to the optimal operation of security systems APYMSA, a 100% Mexican company and leader in auto parts with nationwide presence, invites you to join its team as: MONITORING OPERATOR Requirements: * Completed high school education. * Minimum 1 year of experience in camera monitoring and closed-circuit systems, contingency response protocols, ensuring monitoring patrols, timely and proper resolution of received service requests, alarm providers, public security, reporting, etc. * Availability to work rotating shifts on a 4x3 schedule (night shift: 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.; day shift: 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.) Job Objective: To guarantee the operation of security systems and activities across business units through closed-circuit surveillance and nationwide review of operational processes, in compliance with applicable regulations, thereby safeguarding employees, customers, suppliers, and company assets. Key Responsibilities: Carry out actions aimed at reducing incidents and risks threatening the security of employees, customers, suppliers, and assets at company facilities or in company vehicles, in accordance with established processes and policies, to protect the integrity of all stakeholders. Review information records of events that endanger employees, customers, and company assets, documenting them in official forms, analyzing risks, and implementing preventive measures to minimize or eliminate such risks. Conduct periodic testing of alarm equipment jointly with branch and facility supervisors nationwide to ensure optimal functionality and confirm that all assets remain adequately protected.
