Job Summary: Maintenance Coordinator responsible for managing, supervising, and ensuring the optimal operation of facilities and equipment, with responsibilities in planning, monitoring, and addressing requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Manages and supervises preventive and corrective maintenance plans. 2. Leads personnel and coordinates daily maintenance activities. 3. Ensures the proper functioning of all equipment and facilities. WE ARE SEEKING A MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR FOR THE MORNING SHIFT (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM) **REQUIREMENTS:** TECHNICAL DEGREE OR ENGINEERING DEGREE KNOWLEDGE OF BOILERS, MASONRY, ELECTRICITY, PLUMBING, PAINTING, WELDING, AND GENERAL MAINTENANCE GENDER: NO PREFERENCE AGE: 40–55 YEARS PROVEN EXPERIENCE OF 2 YEARS AS MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR, SUPERVISOR, OR TEAM LEAD **WE OFFER:** **6-DAY WORK WEEK WITH MID-WEEK DAY OFF** WEEKLY SALARY (GROSS) $3,454.01 PLUS 10% PUNCTUALITY BONUS PLUS 10% ATTENDANCE BONUS PLUS 10% GROCERY VOUCHERS PLUS STATUTORY BENEFITS (AND BEYOND) **YOU WILL RECEIVE $4,490.22 WEEKLY (GROSS), LESS TAXES** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Execution of the master maintenance plan. Monitoring agreed-upon maintenance activities (preventive, corrective, or new). Coordination of daily maintenance at the treatment plant. Responding to requests from various departments. Supervision of personnel. Assigning and delegating tasks to team members. Allocation and control of tools and equipment for staff. Reviewing control checklists across different areas. Completing maintenance logs. Ensuring proper operation of all club equipment. Procuring materials required for maintenance work. Ensuring safety during all maintenance tasks. Participating in the internal civil protection brigade. Covering operator duties during their rest days, vacations, medical leaves, or staffing shortages. Maintaining 100% operational status of all facilities and services. Receiving suppliers and validating their products and services for the maintenance department. Quoting and monitoring supplier performance. Supporting club event setup.
