Salary: $10,866 to $12,496 gross monthly (based on experience) Statutory Benefits Life Insurance Major Medical Expense Insurance Rotating Shifts from Monday to Sunday Morning Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Afternoon Shift: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM Day Off: Rotating one weekday Experience: 1 year in general maintenance Minimum Education: Completed Secondary School with Certificate Job Description: Support the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring the good condition of facilities, addressing operational incidents, and contributing to service continuity. Scope of the Position: * Execution of basic maintenance tasks. * Support in repairs of common areas and/or facilities. * Participation in preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Skills and Competencies: * Inspection and repair of electrical panels, outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures. * Replacement of LED lamps, ballasts, and electrical wiring. * Diagnosis and correction of electrical faults. * Monitoring of electrical and electromechanical equipment operation. * Reading and interpretation of electrical diagrams. * Use of multimeter and electrical tools. * Support in general building maintenance (plumbing, painting, finishes, and basic air conditioning). * Response to reports and incidents within the corporate premises. * Preparation of maintenance logs and reports.
