Recording of activities in logbooks **Position:** Maintenance Assistant **Job Description:** We are looking for a responsible and proactive Maintenance Assistant responsible for supporting preventive and corrective maintenance tasks within the facilities, ensuring their proper condition and functionality. **Requirements:** * Completed technical high school diploma * Knowledge in: * Electricity * Plumbing * Painting * Use of manual and electric tools * Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance * Experience in swimming pool maintenance * Knowledge of drywall work * Operation and knowledge of emergency power generators **Responsibilities:** * Assist in executing preventive and corrective maintenance * Perform cleaning, inspection, and parameter control of swimming pools * Inspect the condition of facilities (electrical, hydraulic, painting, etc.) * Carry out minor repairs * Provide support for internal facility modifications and relocations * Record performed activities in logbooks **We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary of $12,400 * Statutory benefits * Subsidized cafeteria * Additional benefits **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Work Location:** * Atemajac del Valle
