Supplier coordination and resource optimization **ECOE Electrical Construction is seeking:** ***MAINTENANCE AND INFRASTRUCTURE COORDINATOR*** At ECOE Electrical Construction, we seek a key professional to lead the maintenance and infrastructure operational strategy, guaranteeing continuity, efficiency, and control of our assets. **Position Objective** Ensure continuous and efficient operation of facilities, equipment, and fleet through proper maintenance management, asset control, and resource optimization. **Key Responsibilities** * Responsible for coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance of the vehicle fleet. * Documental control of the vehicle fleet. * Responsible for coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings and facilities. * Control and management of tools (rotary hammers, punchers, drills, grinders, etc.) via the existing platform. * Coordination of tool dispatch and repair tracking. * Administration and control of asset inventories. * Coordinate suppliers and specialized services, ensuring quality and response times. * Manage the department budget, pursuing efficiency and cost reduction. **Required Profile** * **Engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Maintenance, or related field)** * Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance and infrastructure. * Demonstrable experience managing vehicle fleets. * **Knowledge of general maintenance (electrical, hydraulic, etc.)**. * Proficiency in Excel (basic/intermediate). * Valid driver's license (standard automobile). **We Offer** * Salary: $18,000 to $20,000 MXN per month, free of deductions. * Weekly payment. * Grocery vouchers. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Professional growth opportunities.
