All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex or disability status.** **Are you ready to be part of a passionate and hard\-working team, eager to drive our business forward.** **Education:** ● Industrial or Electronics Engineering degree. ● **90% English** ● Certifications desired:Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Experience: 5 years of related experience. ● Lean Manufacturing Tools deployment based on the opportunities that are in the process mapping (VSM, SIPOC) and income statements (P\&L). ● Statistical analysis. ● Recognition Program awards and participation in Lean initiatives. **Knowledge :** ● Industrial basic concepts (Std time, Layout design, takt time, capacity analysis) ● Lean manufacturing tools (5Ss, 6Ms, 5Ws, SIPOC, VSM, Nakao’s flows, 7 wastes, AMEF, Ishikawa, SMED, TPM, Kanban, Heijunka, Jidoka, OEE, PDCA, Kaizen, DMAIC, etc) ● Statistics tools (inferential statistics, Descriptive statistics, DOE, etc) ● Minitab ● G Suite / Microsoft office (Mainly Google sheets / Excel) Others desirred: ● Electronic Manufacturing Process (Screen Printing, Reflow Oven, Pin Through Hole, Wave Soldering, ICT, Test). ● Flexim Skills/ competencies: ● Leadership ● Teamwork ● Critical thinking ● Problem solving ● Creativity ● Adaptability ● Personnel management Responsibilities: ● KPIs tracking (Mainly Scrap KPI) ● Data hard analysis ● Processes mapping for improvement opportunities detection through all value chain (Internal supply chain, production process and office (SIPOC, VSM, others) ● Daily Kaizen ● Improvement projects alignement ● Lean Manufacturing culture deployment ● Lean Manufacturing tools and methodology training to engineering levels ● Standardization to give it a radical change at plant image ● Improve visual factory in assemble stations **We offer:** * Competitive Salary. * Excellent working environment. * Opportunities for growth and development. * Transportation service. * Lunch service. * Paid training.
