**HVAC TECHNICIAN – COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL SECTOR** At HERCYP HVAC, we do not seek average technicians. We seek individuals who want to grow, take their work seriously, and understand that this trade demands discipline, character, and commitment. **What will you do?** * Installation, maintenance, and diagnostics of HVAC systems in the commercial and industrial sector * Work with equipment: Mini Split, Fan & Coil, Chiller, VRF, Air Handling Units (AHU) * Field surveys and support in quotations * Execution of work across various projects: universities, medical towers, corporate buildings, and commercial developments * On-site fault diagnosis and effective resolution * Application of best practices in every installation and service * Delivery of high-quality work * Attention to detail and excellent presentation of completed work **Essential Requirements:** * Proven experience in HVAC * Solid technical knowledge of the systems mentioned above * Punctuality (non-negotiable) * Responsibility and genuine commitment * Professional appearance and courteous customer interaction * Availability for fieldwork **This is not for everyone:** If you are not punctual, if you do not take care of your work, or if you lack commitment, this position is not for you. **This is for those who want to succeed:** We seek technicians who aspire to excel, learn more, advance within the industry, and participate in significant commercial and industrial projects.
